DENIS BUCHER
Bucher studied German language and literature, general history and film studies at the University of Zurich. In 2014 she graduated in journalism from MAZ (Lucerne), and worked as a freelancer for newspapers such as “Die Zeit”, “Das Magazin” and “Züritipp”. From 2016-19 she was editor at the film magazine "Frame", and since 2019 she has been culture editor at “NZZ am Sonntag”. She's currently the president of the Swiss Film Critic's Association.
LIA FURXHI
Furxhi graduated in History of Cinema at the University of Turin and worked as production manager for several independent films. She has held various roles in cultural intervention initiatives, collaborating in the organization of festivals and the creation of the Italian Short Film Center. She is currently the director of CinemAmbiente - Environmental Film Festival in Italy.
JABOURZ GHAZOUL
Ghazoul is Professor of Ecosystem Management at ETH Zurich. His research spans socio-ecological systems, which means he engages as much with people who make decisions in landscapes as he does with the ecological processes that their decisions affect. His particularly enjoys his position as a Board Member with NatureScot, the Scottish Government’s nature and conservation agency, which enables him to understand how conservation issues are interpreted by different actors, from local communities through to national government.
SUBHRA PRIYADARSHINI
Priyadarshini is the Chief Editor of Nature India and Nature Portfolio's global supported projects. She received the BBC World Service Trust award and the PANOS South Asia Media Excellence Award. She won acclaim in India for her coverage of the Orissa super cyclone in 1999 and the Indian Ocean tsunami in 2004. Subhra is also the founding President of the Science Journalists Association of India (SJAI).

JEANINE REUTEMANN
Reutemann's insatiable curiosity drives her to explore the intersection of science, education and audiovisual media. With a background in film and animation, education and media studies, her focus is on: Audiovisual SciComm. She leads the multidisciplinary Media & Methods Lab at ETH Zurich
ISABELLA SEDIVY
Sedivy is an environmental professional with experience in biodiversity initiatives, nature documentary production and research. She previously worked at WSL and Swiss national TV SRF. Since 2021, she has been leading her own company, "Plan Biodivers," dedicated to promoting biodiversity conservation and awareness.
KATHARINA WEIKL
Weikl is the Head of the Art and Science Office at University of Zürich. She is promoting the interdisciplinary exchange between the arts (including film), research and the participation and engagement of a broad public.
