MARKUS IMBODEN
The award-winning filmmaker studied Germanistic and History at the University of Zurich. Afterwards he became assistant director at the «Schauspielhaus» in Zurich and «Schauspiel» in Cologne. Since 1986 he’s film director and screenwriter, as well as member of the german film academy. Between 2012 and 2017 he was the director of the studies Master of Arts in Film at the «Zurich University of the Arts».
GAETANO CAPIZZI
Capizzi graduated in Critique and History of Cinema, he works in the cinema field as critic, organizer of cultural events and film festivals. He is the Founder and Director of Cinemambiente Environmental Film Festival in Torino, Italy. Gaetano is also the Founder & General Coordinator of the Green Film Network, an international consortium of environmentally themed film festivals with 30 members.
MARILLE HAHNE
Hahne worked as a documentary filmmaker for 13 years connecting art and science. She is also the initiator of the Artists-in-Labs documentaries since 2004. Together with Prof. Lucie Bader she created the course of studies «Master of Arts in Film» at the «Zürcher Hochschule der Künste» and developed its content from 2006 to 2012
NICOLAS FOJTU
Fojtu studied at the «Zürcher Hochschule der Künste» and works for Greenpeace as a Visual Communications Manager since 2010. He is a passionate snowboarder, alpinist and photographer and the co-author of the «Ski & Snowboard Tourguide Switzerland» together with his friend Markus von Glasenapp.
JESSICA NÄF
As a student of anthropology, minoring in environmental science and psychology at the University of Zürich, Näf is very passionate about environmental documentaries and has been an enthusiastic member of the «Films for the Earth» Jury since the end of 2015.

ISABELLA SEDIVY
After studying Biology at the ETH in Zurich, Sedivy has been working at the Swiss Federal Institute for Forest, Snow and Landscape Research WSL for 3 years. She then changed to Swiss national TV SRF where she worked for 11 years producing nature documentaries for the Swiss program called “Netz Natur”. Currently she works at the Swiss program called “Schweiz aktuell”, where she is mainly reporting on nature and environment.
HENRIETTE BORNKAMM
Bornkamm is an award-winning documentary filmmaker and a film scholar. Her work is shown in public TV and at film festivals worldwide.
ANDREA REITER
Reiter is film theorist and documentary filmmaker. She currently writes her PhD at the University of Zurich about war and documentary. She studied German literature, film studies and philosophy and worked several year in different positions in the field of documentary.
